Should I get the vaccine?

Yes; Millions of Americans have safely received the COVID-19 vaccine which is effective for protection against the coronavirus.

As of April 23, 2021, the CDC and FDA have approved the vaccine distribution of Johnson & Johnson to resume.

In the state of Illinois, COVID-19 vaccines Moderna and Johnson & Johnson are available to anyone over the age of 18, and Pfizer is now available to anyone 12 and older!

Is one vaccine better than the other?​

Currently all authorized COVID-19 vaccines are safe and effective and the CDC does not recommend one vaccine compared to another.

  • Tiredness

  • Nausea

**Side effects are common and most vaccinated individuals experience these following their vaccine. Contact your physician if you experience other severe side effects or if they last for more than a few days.
